AB Real Estate is a well-established and successful estate agency with a multilingual dynamic team covering the whole of Languedoc-Roussillon from Nîmes to Carcassonne and Perpignan.

Due to our expansion, we require people (registered under Agents Commerciaux or Auto Entrepreneur scheme) to represent the agency in the Gard, Aude, Hérault and Pyrénées-Orientales.

We are looking for bilingual people with previous experience to take on properties for sale into our portfolio and to conduct sales visits with our international clientele.

AB Real Estate is a well-established estate agency, operating successfully for many years in the South of France in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. We have an excellent track record and are a member of FNAIM, which is the largest national federation of estate agents. We have properties for sale in the whole of Languedoc-Roussillon - stretching from Nîmes in the Gard, to Montpellier, Agde, Sète, Béziers, St Pons and Pézenas in Hérault, to Carcassonne and Narbonne in Aude and Perpignan in the Pyrénées-Orientales.

We are different from many other agencies because we understand what clients need and we ensure, whether they buy or sell with us or not, that they will be left with a good feeling and recommend us to others or contact us again in the future. We do not see the sale of a house as a one-off transaction, but as the start of an ongoing relationship.

What we want from you

  • Some previous relevant experience
  • Conversational French, good written English
  • Excellent 'people skills' - the ability to keep in touch with clients and build strong relationships
  • Attention to detail, good follow-up and organisational skills
  • Your own car, computer and telephone
  • Registered as an Agent Commercial or under the Auto Entrepreneur scheme
  • Good knowledge of your local area (where you will be working)
  • Self-motivation

Duties

  • Clearly understand client requirements
  • Write descriptions of houses, including high quality photos
  • Select suitable properties for clients to view
  • Organise and conduct sales visits
  • Administration and regular contact with Head Office
  • Assist clients during and after the sale with translation and setting up utilities etc.
